A: 20-30 days after receiving the deposit and signed Pl&drawing received. (depends on quantity stock )
Q: What is your packing way?
A: When the quantity is more than 20 sets, we pack the freestanding jacuzzi tub with cartons or carton+wooden; If less than 20 sets, with carton+wooden, which is sufficient for safety during LCL shipment.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% D/P before production, 70% balance before shipment. And we will show you the photos of the production and package before delivery.
Q: Can you customized for market?
A: Yes, we have an R&D team for customized. After receiving the ideal/ drawing/samples from the client, we will offer our professional opinion for development. And we can build the mold and fixture with the drawing for each client. Besides, most of the products are exported as customized with a CE certificate.
Q: What is your production lead time?
A: Generally is 15-20 days after the purchase order is confirmed and received the deposit. As for specific delivery time depends on items and order quantity.

A: Yes, we can supply samples from stock or new production, but customers have to pay the sample cost and courier cost.
